Wayne's work is a thing of beauty. A labor of love. Rock, dirt, chainsaws, muscle and sweat. These are the tools of his pursuit.

Even if you don't know Wayne in person that does not mean you don't know his work. He was a leading energy source behind the James River Park System network of trails. If you've ever biked or run there then you've benefited from his passion and hard work.

Wayne has been active in the snow skiing, road biking, mountain biking, running, and adventure racing scene for two decades. He rarely missed a day of being outside and is already planning for his next great adventure regardless of the barriers he will have to overcome....doesn't that just sum up Wayne's spirit?
